We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders quickly.
- Standard dispatch time: within 1 business day.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) — which is typically:
- 6:00 AM Eastern Time (ET)
- 5:00 AM Central Time (CT)
- 3:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)
- Orders placed after those U.S. times will be dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend or public holiday orders are dispatched on Monday or the next business day.
- We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Time zone note: the cut-off is always based on 11:00 AM UK time. During UK/U.S. daylight saving changes, the exact U.S. equivalent time may shift by about an hour.

After your order has been dispatched, typical delivery within the U.S. is:

This range allows for factors outside our control — carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, or delivery to more remote areas. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Delivery Guarantee (Lost, Damaged, or Excessively Delayed)
We want you to receive your order in good condition.
You are entitled to our delivery guarantee if your order is:
- lost in transit,
- delivered damaged, or
- delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe (i.e. beyond the 12-business-day window from dispatch, plus any carrier-confirmed delay).
In these cases, we will refund or reship your order, free of charge.

We may ask for reasonable evidence (e.g. photos of damage, carrier confirmation) so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Tracking & Notifications

- You can use that link to follow your shipment.

9. U.S. Customs Duties & Taxes (UK to U.S. Orders) — DDP
Our business (EVERCRAFT STATIONERY & SUPPLIES LTD) ships orders from the United Kingdom to customers in the United States.
To keep things simple for you, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. That means:
- Any applicable U.S. duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are paid by EVERCRAFT STATIONERY & SUPPLIES LTD, not by you.
- You should not receive surprise “pay this before delivery” requests from the carrier.
- Your parcel should be delivered to your address like a regular order, subject to normal delivery timeframes.
